Ordering

  • In the unlikely event that a product or coffee is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange an alternative replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order. We cannot guarantee availability of all products and coffees at time of ordering, products which are out of stock will be marked but we can not guarantee that if it does not say Out of Stock it is in stock as that information is not always known.
  • While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of canceling the order.
  • We reserve the right not to accept an order.
  • Orders outside the UK: Due to the nature of our product as a perishable item and the cost of delivery outside the UK we do not sell to customers outside the UK, this is clearly stated on the Home Page and Order Page.

Delivery

  • Delivery of coffee will usually take 48 hours from order, it can take up to seven days after which point please contact us, we are reliant on Royal Mails Postal service for the majority of orders and as there is no way of tracking items in the post a period of time must be allowed for the item to arrive before it can be counted as lost and resent. 48 hours is our average delivery time. Delivery times are conditional to the order being complete and us having the relevant information from the customer to process it. Items which are specifically indicated as taking longer are marked, we do not guarantee delivery times on any items due to parts of the despatch and delivery being handled by other companies which we have no control over. All times quoted are Business Working days Mon - Fri.
  • We use independent carriers such as Parcel force and Royal Mail and are dependant on the service they offer. The carrier will only attempt to deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with them for delivery which may involve collecting the item from your local sorting office or depot.
  • Dispatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours.   • Non receipt of delivery must be reported within 30 days of ordering. Outside 30 days we can look up our records and provide proof of despatch but we may not be able to investigate any claim of non delivery outside this time due to third party policies and therefore can not entertain claims outside 30 days. It is important to report non delivery within 30 days for a valid claim.

Returns & Warranties

  • In regard to coffee returns we will provide a full refund or replacement for any coffee that is found to be faulty in some way. As coffee is a perishable good we can not refund non defective coffee ordered.

  • Faulty Goods - In regard to accessorie(s) warranties, if any faults or problems occur the product will be covered under the manufacturers 12 month warranty which covers all our accessories products. Any faults should be reported in writing by email, post or fax. Note some manufactures will issue a repair or replacement if within 28 days, otherwise after 28 days they may only repair the product, this is down to the manufacturers individual practices.

  • Unwanted Unused Goods - In regard to accessorie(s) returns (non coffee products), If you are not happy with your goods for any reason , you are able to return the goods ('the Unwanted Goods') to us, within a period of seven days beginning on the day after the date on which you receive the Unwanted Goods. On return of the unused, unopened goods we will issue a full refund. The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they were delivered, in a re-saleable condition as new. The cost, risk and responsibility of safely returning non faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. Return delivery can be arranged by us at a charge if requested. We will only issue the refund once the goods are returned to us and we have checked that the goods and packaging are in a satisfactory re-sellable condition and have not been used. All returns must be arranged in writing by email, post or fax prior to returning any item. A returns reference is required and will be issued upon request. We must emphasise it is everyone's interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements. NOTE: Once an item has been used, opened or altered we can not accept it back as an unwanted return.

Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Consumer Rights. None of these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellations and complaints

  • You may cancel your coffee and accessories order up until the point when the order has been dispatched, this usually occurs within 24 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. If an order is cancelled before dispatch any charges payments made by the customer will be refunded in full providing the goods have not been dispatched. If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been dispatched it will be dealt with as a 'return'. All cancellations must be made in writing by email, post or fax, you can notify us that you wish to cancel by phone but it must be confirmed in writing.

  • In the event of complaint please e-mail giving as much detail as you can. We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and given priority by a senior Partner.

  • Complaints should never be directed by phone, to keep an accurate record and to allow us time to investigate we will insist that the complaint is made in writing by email, post or fax, we will not enter in conversation regarding any complaint on the phone.
