| Honduran coffee has been underrated in the past, it has very good qualities, it is less acidic than other Central American coffees although still has a good zing to it, with a certain sweet caramel flavour which is brought out in the aroma also.
Grown in the Mountain Region of La Paz this is a nice coffee, worth a try and starting to make a name for itself as a single origin coffee. The rich volcanic Honduran soils are ideal for quality coffee and the high mountains make for great growing conditions.
